Sewer Utilities

Marquette City Road Crossing

A new sewer lateral from a residential house to a sewer main had to be installed under a city road. Instead of digging the road up, trenching to engineered spec, & stopping flow of traffic for an extended time, On Point was able to step in and get the job done quicker, easier, and cheaper. The bore path ended up in such tight tolerance that although 3” of drop was required and narrowly achieved at the manhole side of the road, the 2% on-grade bore was just 10” below the water main in the center of the road. The team really knocked it out of the park with this one.

Electrical Utilities

Pole Barn Power

Connecting this pole barn with power from the house was no issue with our 5" Trencher. 4" Conduit fits perfectly within the trench, so the entire job could be finished all within one day with ease.

THE PROBLEM

Orangeburg Failure

A Marquette City home was in need of a new sewer lateral to tap into the main, as their old and rotten orangeburg sewer had been backing up and causing issues. The team geared up with Glory Construction and removed the old pipe, installed a new PVC lateral, and restored the yard, pavers, and parking area.
